ABOUT ME
After moving from the US to Austria in 2011, I found my community in a wonderful sports team, Vienna Roller Derby, where I developed my skills as a trainer and coach. My subsequent education in personal training, group fitness and functional training broadened my coaching skills to include strength training for prevention and general health. I remain enthusiastic about the values and ethics of my inclusive sports team: respect the individuality and the needs of the person you coach!
